Running iPod / iPhone OS on Mac Pro

The accelerator of the screen would Be comletely incompartible with the iPod os... And the os wouldnt have such a high Resolution because usually it is Running on a 3,5inch Display and not on a screen with 20 inch... Just because of the iPods accelleration- sensor's got 3 axis and the display's just one...
